Great experience!! Steven was informative and very helpful with all my questions. They showed up on time and definitely took the time to pay attention to every small detail of the home I am buying. Had a call with Demetrius after to go over all the report and he was very courteous and direct about what would require repairs. Helped me understand the report more thoroughly! I had a great inspection done and then after closing i had and issue with my furnace I called Thomas inspections and he was here within and hr or so and fixed the issue!! I so appreciate Him he is one of a kind!
