This is my first time owning a home and having to have a inspector call out and wasn't disappointed. Very communicative and a pleasure to hire. Demetrice is very serious about his work and informative. He was able to go be some recommendations and advice and did a thorough inspection. He was kind and respectful. He shows that he truly cares for your home and you do that you can make your home more comfortable. The report is detailed and provides lots of different recommendations and articles and advice.
