I was very impressed with the service provided by our inspector! He was very thorough in his inspection and provided many photos and an in depth report of everything he found. One thing I found especially impressive (and cool!) was the use of a thermal imaging camera for inspecting things like plumbing and appliances. I really appreciate a company and service taking advantage of modern techniques and technologies to help me as a consumer. I would definitely recommend Thomas Home Inspection for your home inspection.

I was referred to Vicky by a neighbor/friend and was so glad I went with her. Vicky completed 2 separate home inspections for 2 different properties for me. I was not only pleased with her thoroughness but in the process learned a heck of a lot that I was unaware of. What sets Vicky apart is that she so much enjoys her craft. I hired Vicki Thomas to do a complete Home Inspection. I was interested to learn about the condition of my home for refinance purposes and to see if there were maintenance issues to address. Vicki found and documented in detail several issues that surprised me, such as damaged AC ducting, a burnt AC unit electrical wire that needed immediate replacement, a balcony rail that was too low and not to current standard, a heating pump leak under my house creating a moisture condition that could have led to mold, a poorly installed kitchen sink that needed to be re-plumbed, and several small issues both on the exterior and the interior that she recommended I address to add value to my home. Overall, Vicki was very thorough and provided me with a detailed report, which she took time to go over with me. I thought her service was excellent and efficient. I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone in need of a good home inspection.
